Punch and Dies
A specialty product, our punch and dies span a whole range of sizes from small profile parts less than a millimetre thick to larger ones measuring a few inches. Materials used include hardened tool steel, powdered metal and carbide, as well as premium coatings like TiN, TiAIN or Titankote.

Aperture Plates
Design and manufacture of the full range of tooling required for molding electronic components. This includes the runner systems, top and bottom aperture plates, cover plates, as well as supporting tooling items like locator pins.
With thickness ranging from 1.6mm to 3.5mm, and plate sizes up to 540mm x 400mm, our plates are effectively used for resistors, inductors, capacitors and other passive electronics.
