Laser Cutting
A pioneer of industrial laser cutting in Singapore under Applied Cutting Technologies (ACT), we are a one-stop solutions provider that specialises in sheet metal fabrication work, catering to a wide range of applications across various industries.
With a focus on fast & reliable delivery for small batch to mass production volumes, our fully customisable crafts include laser cutting, bending, forming, welding and laser engraving, for a variety of materials including plastics, metals, plywood, aluminium, copper and brass.
OUR CAPABILITIES
LASER
CUTTING
Our sheet metal working area measures up to 5 x 10 ft.
We work with materials including:
• Steels (up to 15mm)
• Aluminium (up to 10mm)
• Copper / Brass (up to 6mm)
• Plywood
• Acrylic / Plastic
BENDING & FORMING
We can handle maximum lengths of up to 3m, and material thickness of up to 12mm.
FABRICATION
Full assembly of structures using in-house TIG/MIG welding.
Laser Marking / Engraving
Our machines can engrave on aluminium and stainless steel, up to 100 x 100mm in size. The marking/engraving is done using 30w laser power.
SURFACE TREATMENT
Additional services include anti-rust painting, powder coating and buffing and polishing for hairline polished finishing.
